All our billing is done through Paypal.  Once we receive your  terms of service and verify your email, you will receive an email from Paypal to pay for your language program.

As a Spectrum Languages client, I agree:

• To Pay: $ for a 10 HOUR ADULT PACKAGE via Paypal or check.  
• 
  • Payment is due prior to the start of first session and additional packages may be purchased upon completion
• • If I choose not to continue after the first session, I am only obligated to pay for the pro-rated first hour session
• • All sessions must be used within one year of date of purchase or they will expire and not be redeemable.


• I understand that I will be charged the full hourly rate if I do not cancel

  Before 12:00PM THE DAY BEFORE A SCHEDULED SESSION

• Appointments schedule the day before are not subject to cancellation and if missed will result in being billed the full hourly rate if I do not attend the session.

• All appointment are scheduled directly with your instructor at mutually convenient time. Please be sure to exchange contact information at first session.

As a Spectrum Languages client, I agree:

• To Pay: $ / hour for private tutoring or $ /hour shared tutoring session, or $ /hour
  shared tutorial for 3 or more students which is due at the time of each session.
  
  I understand that if payment is not received the day of the session the next session will be cancelled until payment is received. Please make all necessary arrangments to have payment with the student at the time of service. If payment is not received by the 1st day of the next billing cycle, my account will be charged the total due plus and additional $15 LATE FEE (3% for credit card fees). We appreciate your understanding.




• Please be sure to write the STUDENT’S NAME & DATE OF SESSION in the memo line of your check when making paymenets.
• I understand that I will be charged the full hourly rate if I do not cancel

  before 12:00PM THE DAY BEFORE A SCHEDULED SESSION
  (regardless of sports changes, last minute announcements, doctor appointments, etc.)

  In case of illness you have 3 days to make up your missed session in accordance with your instructor. If you cannot find a mutually convenient time, then you will just be charged for half yoru normal rate.

• • All sessions will be billed at the end of each month via email by Paypal. No further sessions will be scheduled untill payment is received by the 14th of the following month.
• • If payment is not received by the first day of the next billing cycle, my account will be charged the total due and an additional $15.00 LATE FEE.
• I understand that I will be charged the full hourly rate if I do not cancel

• It is acceptable for my child to make and/or calendar their own alppointments with their instructor and if they appointment is missed, whithout following the above cancelation policy, I will be charged the full amount. (Please initial consenting to this provision)  
• PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE TO INSTRUCTORS – FAX, MAIL, OR HAND DIRECTLY TO NADIA DORSEY IN SEALED ENVELOPE. Online submission also available.
